the hotel stood close to a metro station. it was easy to reach city center in few minutes. the staff was friendly and ready to help with anything. the newly refurbished interiors gave the place a fresh feel

blocked showerpoor soundproofing
my room, a 'superior twin room', seemed clean at first glance. then i noticed the shower drain was blocked. the water pooled around my ankles, not a great start to the day. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear everything happening in the hallway. i slept poorly.
